At Tec de Monterrey, a prominent Latin American institution, I led end-to-end design for their new education efficacy analysis dashboard, leveraging user insights from contextual inquiries and interviews to shape key features. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of 6, we delivered an exceptional, fully functional product in eight months, receiving an impressive pre-launch usability rating of 91.7 from clients.

Background
Navigating the Tec 21 Evaluation Challenge
In 2019, Tec introduced Tec 21, an innovative competency-based educational model. As the inaugural cohort nears graduation, there's a growing need to assess its effectiveness and compare it with the previous university model. However, evaluating its impact is hindered by existing data challenges faced by the education efficacy team and decision-makers.
